Here are the questions we most frequently receive.
IS YOUR SITE SECURE ? IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ?
This site is 100% secure. And all transactions are protected.
Our store is hosted on an HTTPS server (the small green padlock displayed to the left of the website address is there to prove this).
Most websites only use security for their 'basket' and pages concerned with placing orders. In our store, ALL THE PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malicious software.
I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER. IS THIS NORMAL ?
Yes, this is normal. Your items come from different places, and in order to avoid keeping you waiting for too long, we prefer to deliver your order as soon as one item is available to be dispatched.
It is therefore possible that you may receive your order in several packages.
I PLACED MY ORDER MORE THAN 15 DAYS AGO AND HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.
Don't worry, this is normal. Most of our suppliers are based in USA, which is why delivery times are between 2 and 7 days.
It is normally much closer to 2 than 7, but can sometimes take a bit longer.
In any case, if you have not received your item within 40 days, you will be reimbursed and will be able to keep the item when you receive it.
I have received the product, but it is faulty, or does not match the description.
At that point, we will ask you to send us proof (an image/photo of the item you have received) so that we can reimburse you the full amount without asking any further questions.
I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. HOW CAN I CHANGE IT ?
Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once orders have been passed on to our suppliers. However, if for example the mistake concerns your postal address, the delivery company will contact you by telephone to obtain your exact address.
CAN YOU BE CONTACTED BY PHONE ?
We do not currently have a telephone line; we should be installing a phone number for the store in a few weeks.

IS THERE ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD OTHER THAN BANK CARD OR PAYPAL FOR PLACING AN ORDER ?
At the moment, only payments STRIPE (by bank card) and PayPal are available. We will soon be implementing other payment methods.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS OF GOOD QUALITY ?
Yes, of course. We have set up partnerships with suppliers in USA who attach great importance to the quality of products and materials.
